Broughton Street Library is a public library placed on Savannah's bustling Broughton Street, acting as an antithesis to SCAD's very own private Jen Library on the same street. Neighboring Jen Library on the corner of Broughton and Lincoln Street, this project enhances the urban context surrounding the site to give back to the community. By providing a place for the public of Savannah to retreat into the world of knowledge and community.

Broughton East Public Library curates a public space with unique spaces to cater to all ages. Nestled on bustling Broughton Street in Savannah, integrating knowledge and technology into a hub right near the heart of Downtown. The main entrance leads into a vertical atrium, cylindrical in form to maximize efficiency and connectivity throughout the entire library.
